All security personnel regardless of their previous training or experience are required to attend the Liberty Security pre-employment training program.
The training program exclusively focuses upon preparing the security officer to serve the client and not just be a person in a uniform on the premises. The training is designed to familiarize and prepare security officers with the standards of protocol for corporate, industrial, hospital and retail security.
Our security personnel are trained to place a strong emphasis on human relations and customer service, although their primary goal is to protect life and property, the ultimate goal is to provide a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
